U.S.G.A. RULES APPLY ALONG WITH THE FOLLOWING LOCAL RULES:

  • (HLGA Rule) – Music prohibited on course during an event.

  • (HLGA Rule) - Newly sodded areas may be treated as ground under repair.

  • (Local Rule) Flowerbeds are “no play zones” and play from them is prohibited. Relief is one club length no closer to the hole, without penalty. No relief is granted from mulched areas.

  • (Local Rule) USGA approved electronic yardage devices are permitted.

  • (Local Rule) When no stakes are present: all curbs, roads and the innermost edges of columns and property fences define Out of Bounds. There is a special Out of Bounds case for the Hills #16. If the ball comes to rest on or on the opposite side of the cart path on #17, the ball is determined to be Out of Bounds.

  • All loose impediments (such as rocks, twigs, and leaves) in bunkers may be removed without penalty. (USGA Rule 15.1)

  • A player may play a provisional ball if she can't determine if the previous ball is in a penalty area.  (USGA Rule 18.3)
